We use a standardised method of marking the surgical site, in which the doctor marks the location of the surgical procedure in collaboration with the patient in the pre-operative preparation. Before the start of the surgical procedure, we perform the so called preoperative security procedure, which aims to verify the correct identification of the patient, the surgical procedure, the operating field, instruments and implants, the readiness of the instruments and the correct antibiotic prophylaxis.
