Hand hygiene is a basic measure to reduce the risk of hospital-acquired infection. We place great emphasis on implementing and following good hand hygiene practices during healthcare delivery. Healthcare workers perform hygienic hand disinfection before patient contact, before aseptic activities, after exposure to biological material, after contact with the patient and with the patient's surroundings.
