The intensive care unit provides care for patients with severe infectious diseases that threaten basic life functions. It serves patients from the entire Vysočina Region. There are 4 isolation boxes with a hepafilter. In these beds, patients receive full intensive care including high flow oxygen therapy and non-invasive ventilation. The spectrum of patients is the same as in the standard ward.
